The problem with the component library the Inventor 2018!

Hello! There is a problem with the Autodesk Inventor 2018 component library. The next time I created an Assembly,I wanted to insert a part from the component library, but the "Insert from component library" button stopped working, that is, the window with the parts stopped opening.I decided to open the component library editor, but it stopped responding,no Windows were displayed. At attempt of updating writes "in this Assembly there are no standard components".I would have thought I might have accidentally deleted them, but when you open the library settings, everything is in its place. And when viewing a folder, there were my standard parts. How can I fix this problem? P.S. This problem has led me to confusion as before everything worked perfectly.Maybe I could click anywhere and all the settings could go wrong.I tried to reinstall the program, but the problem never disappeared.Снимок.JPG

Try running the installer and select install component library and content centre and make sure you have selected them in appplication options.

Hi! Please make sure you have .Net 4.6 installed for 2018. The behavior you are describing sounds like some critical components were missing, preventing Inventor from running correctly.

Many thanks!

Is there any chance for .NET 4.6 to be automatically installed with Inventor? @johnsonshiue

Hi! The .Net installs are indeed included in Inventor install. The issue is that there are variables outside of Inventor's control. For example, the admin could block an application from installing Windows components. Or, the user does not have the privilege to do so. This is why I keep asking users to check if appropriate .Net has been installed.

Many thanks!
