The inactive buttons in the menu ESKD AIP 2018

In the drawing become inactive buttons ESKD. Support ESKD is activated. When I create a new drawing, all menu buttons ESKD active. This happened after adding in a drawing sheet with electric wires from the Assembly. After I removed the sheets with electric wires, re-opened the drawing, nothing has changed - the buttons in the menu ESKD is still inactive. Unloading and re-loading of ESKD support also did not help to solve the problem. I tried to replace the file GOST.dll the same file from a version of the AIP 2017 with the same result - the button is inactive. How to solve this problem?

Hi! ESKD is not able to create annotation in Nailboard environment. This is why the buttons are grayed out. It would be an enhancement request to make it work. Please submit it to Inventor Ideas forum.

Really? Then why in other drawings, these buttons are active and working?

If ESKD add-in is unloaded, annotation commands are not overridden and nailboard views can be annotated.

Support ESKD I activated. I wrote about this in the first message. Disabling and re-enabling ESKD does not help.
