Text box size issue

I am having an issue entering manual text sized in autodesk inventor. please see the image to see the issue i am having. As you can see, the box used to enter the size part shrinks down to nothing when i enter a size.

Hi! I vaguely remember the issue was discussed before, though we could not reproduce internally. Try using Inventor Reset Utilities (All Programs -> Autodesk -> Inventor 20xx -> Tools -> Inventor Reset Utilitied). It will reset all Inventor settings back to install default.

What is the screen resolution and DPI setting?

Unfortunately, that did not work. computer is a lenovo p1 with a 4K display running windows 10 pro. I do not know the DPI of my computer. Hope this helps!

Hi Craig,

This issue was reported as INVGEN-29561, which has been fixed on 2020.1 update. You are probably on 2019 or 2018. The fix is not yet available there. I will need to check with the project team and see if it can be ported back.

I am on 2019. I have never had this issue anywhere else. And if it helps, I first downloaded the 2020 version, but I had the same issue so I downloaded 2019 and it was not any better.

As I mentioned, the issue has been fixed on 2020.1 update. Please install 2020.1 update and report back your findings.

What is still happening? I suspect your issue is different from the OP.

Based of your screen captures, hold the CTRL key and use your mouse wheel to change the scale of the text box.
