It Auto inserts parts. But not T-junction.
Does anyone know insert part or what is wrong with the underlying 3D sketch?

Branch fittings are not automatically generated in Tube & Pipe. Are you using the Routing sketch tool, or is this a Derived 3D Sketch? In either case, branch fittings need to be placed manually.

From content senter?. its a derived 3D sketch.
Where do i pick pipe dia.
MatsNorway:
In the route, place a node in the bottom pipe where the two pipes would intersect. Exit the route. A coupling should automatically be placed at the node. Then, use a "Replace from Content Center" on the coupling and select the desired tee. The result should be a tee at this point with the branch aligned with the intersecting pipe. I have done this multiple times and it (usually) works the way I expect.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Chris:
Tube and Pipe is a very powerful tool (I use it daily in my industry) however with some work it could be much more so. The ability to define a tee mid-route is just one example, I could think of many more. Are there any plans in the near future to update the T&P module?
Thanks!
@matthew.hansche Hello! Take a look at the Inventor Ideas forum, there are several Tube & Pipe Ideas over the years in there that you could vote for... some of them by a user whose name may look familiar. 😉

I just did a test, and determined (I should have already known), that fittings cannot be inserted into a Derived Route. Your best bet would be to use the Route sketching tool in Tube & Pipe to sketch your routes.
