Thinking he wants it to be something like ... Section A-A (@45 degrees) for example
Yes, it is what I've meant.

I think this would be more of a custom or iLogic type note....
I didn't quite get it.
Would you, please, explain it in more detailed fashion?
Sergey
If I want to make a section of a view and then rotate this section by an angle (rick click on the section and then choose "rotate"), there is a need of showing on the drawing that the section has been rotated clockwise/counterclockwise by a certain angle. So there must be a marker/option showing this. Hopefully it is more clear for you.
Sergey
Oh I get it ... I use to do it manually back in the day doing Car related designs ...
Just not sure it's possible without some coding. I can't think of anything out of the box that will do it.
I understand.
Anyway I found it strange that Inventor doesn't have this option. I have to do it manually which is inconvenient.
Some other 3D applications (NX) does have it. Maybe creators of Autodesk Inventor should consider making such a marker available on future Inventor releases.

Conclusion:
There is no any option that can show rotation of a section or a view automatically on a drawing.
The only way to do it is make a mark manually or by some coding.

It might be something the Idea's station as well.

I posted it on the suggested thread.
