Sweep not finishing the whole path

I have this path that is composed of a zig-zag rectangular pattern that I am trying to create a sweep from. Problem is that it's not completing the whole path, thus only a small part is being swept.

What could be the problem in my case?

Hi! I have seen this behavior before. It is usually due to a degenerated line (point) at the intersection. You may want to edit the path sketch and then delete that particular segment and recreate it. Does it work better now?

Many thanks!

In my experience it is not (or rarely ?, I've never seen a succesful example) possible to a sketch pattern as path for sweep or loft. (

You should find a way, first to create partial features and then pattern this features

.

Unfortunately it is not possible to spend 10 Likes. A very cool idea, to use a 3D-Sketch ...

Thanks to @JDMather .
