Every time I try this Sweep it fails.
Its siblings work okay, and I have lost track of the times I have redrawn the track.
What have I done wrong?

It was very interesting watching the interaction as you worked on this problem.
Allow me to take a little perverse (or is that perverted) pride in contributing to the Great Scheme of Autodesk Inventor by discovering a bug. They're pretty hard to find that's why I am feeling a little smug.
