Student account license not working

Hello, I made an Autodesk student account and everything seems to work fine. I can download and install any app I want, but my problem is that when I open Inventor it says "An active subscription could not be found for this email address". This only happens for Inventor, any other app works. For all of my classmates it works so it's not as if I shouldn't have access to it. What can I do?

Do you see Inventor in your list of products at http://manage.Autodesk.com ?

I don't. I see all of the other apps that I installed.

Same problem. Inventor is not listed in the products list at http://manage.Autodesk.com

Hi! That means you don't have a license to run Inventor. Please request your education license.
