Stretching round component between two points. Using FEA?

I want to be able to model a component as round and then stretch it between two rollers to see how the detail would react in real life.

I'm thinking like a drive belt or similar type thing  but with a tooth detail internally. I want to know how the internal teeth will react at the bend radius.

Would this be possible and if so how difficult would this be?

I have attached a crude sketch

 Thanks

You can sort of do what you want, if -

the displacement is limited (your displacement in sketch is wayyy to great for Inventor FEA.

What is your material?

Inventor FEA is limited to rigid isotropic materials (not rubbery elastic and not brittle glass).

Thanks for the reply

It would be a hard wearing rubber.

would it be possible to walk me through the process you are thinking of?
