I am trying to make a stress analysis of my model wing design to find the maximum deflection when a force of 300g is applied at the tip of the wing. I set my constraints, my moment and the material of my wing, but in the results, I can't find anywhere the total vertical displacement of the wing. Please help.

Use the Probe for the one screen or use the report. The Bar graph is also giving you the max displacement which is the deflection of the wingtip.

I am getting a measurement in the order of 0.5mm using the probe labels were as I should be getting something in the order of 300mm

Post the model along with where you are applying or want to your loads and constraints.
