stress analysis rotational force

i have an assembly engine pallet that i have done a load stress analysis on with the four yellow arrows in the pic attached. the customer now wants me to add an additional rotational force for when the engine starts up for the hot test. this centerline is marked with a red arrow. how do i apply this force as rotational about that centerline and have it show on the 4 pads??

I have attached a simple acad drawing of the pallet for holding an engine and the simulation pic. it sits on 4 pads, engine weight to be used is 4000 lbs, and the center of torque (crankshaft center) is 2050 ft-lbs. So I applied the weight force to the 4 pads, and added the torque as a moment to the 4 pads and picked the centerline of the crankshaft as the direction?? not sure if this is the correct way or not?

it looks as though you have placed the moment (torque) load centers on the pads not the crank centerline (red arrow from first post)

what you have in your second post will not duplicate what the client has asked for.

Thaddeus, in order to do what you have, do i need to place a part into my pallet? i have the centerline already. also, is that just a joint on the centerline with a force outboard? I am new to the stress analysis feature.
