Stress Analysis plan support

Hi,

I am working on a FEA analysis for a scissor lift.  This is the top Platform part. I need to analyse the Platform in 2 different positions. So, I don't want a plan support ON ALL THE FACE but just in the red square. How do I localise a support and not just constraint all the face ? Cause, like if I have support in red or blue, the answer and analysis is completely different.

Use the Split command in the part environment to create a small surface region at the load or support locations.  See http://help.autodesk.com/view/INVNTOR/2018/ENU/?guid=GUID-349C84EE-2D24-4DFC-A239-AFD55E5441AD

Apply the support or load on those split surfaces in the FEA environment.
