Spur Gear

I see at this location:

Applies to Inventor 2016

Insert 1 gear

 
  1. On the ribbon, click Design tab Power Transmission panel Spur Gear .
  2. On the Spur Gears Component Generator, Design tab:
    • Enter the values for the Common section.

 

I have no "Design" tab.  What am I missing?  Thanks

assembly mode it is.. not part mode...  Thanks
