Seems like a dumb question, but there is an option to select assembly balloons with a number above and one below a horizontal line. What does the lower number represent? Help doesn't seem to explain it.
The lower # rep's QTY. There is no way to change it. Use sketch symbol if you
want it to rep something else. (Manually input all values)
I usually liked to auto-balloon (so I can match the parts to the BOM) with a hex
shaped balloon so it sticks out. Then I ballooned with sketch symbols, manually
inputting values. Then deleted hex balloons.
