When building a spiral stairs with stairs that have bolt connection to the spiral profile, i have encountered some difficulties.

1) after making the spiral line and continue to frame generation, i have tried to set a U-shape profile on the line, it is possible but the area section of the profile is turning around his center.

2) there is no ability to unfold a spiral frame.

it will be wonderful if we will have a function for this purpose, as there is in other programs like "pro-steel", "Tekla" etc'.

Hi! If you could attach an example or share the files with us ([email protected]), we could comment more specifically. It is hard to tell where the difficulty is by looking at the drawing. Unfolding may work in some helical cases but not all. Again, a model would help us understand the issue better.
