Specifying insertion point for ifeature

I have created a set of standard panel cutouts for connectors as ifeatures.

they work good however i created them all from one file and they were in various locations in the original file.

when i insert the objects i am unable to place them by their centers and have to re-position afterward.

Is there a way to edit the ifeature and modify the location of the insertion point??

Thats why I always keep the ipt file I used to create the ifeatures..so I can recreate them when I mess up.

...also

I always create my iFeatures as though they were Punches, even if they are not really punches.

Punch feature requires a sketch centerpoint in first sketch and then are as easy to place as Hole features.

Both mcgyvr and JDMathes both have great advise for you .....

In your quest to fix the ones you have now unless you have the ipt file you made them from there is no way for you to fix them..

If you do I would suggest the same as JDMathes always make them as a punch feature they always can be brought in without the punch tool....

Also even if you have the file that you made them from you cannot fix the ones you have unless they are located in content center by publish from the start.

 Good Luck..........
