Sorting in parameters dialogue box

Does anyone know how to get Inventor to sort in something resembling a competent manner in the parameters dialogue box?  when I sort by nominal value, it sorts, not by the nominal value, but by the first digit of the nominal value....  I.E.  what should show as a list of

instead sorts to

This behaviour is not correct. It is inconsistent with that in Microsoft Excel, and should be reported to our development team.I will register it in our database.
