some sort of routine to mass-unlock all locked insert constraints all at once

or it can be done one by one, it's not my wallet or $$$ being spent working thru over-constrained sub-assy's that we've now started adding all fasteners to and some believe all insert constraints should be locked.

I'll add no further comments to above statement, pretty sure none are needed for most experienced users here.

Any idea's/experiences working with such assemblies?

Hi! Here is an old discussion on locking the Insert constraints. I guess you simply need to change it to unlock the Insert constraints.
