Hi @wisarut.kotniwong 

 

You can try using the "Assemble" Command. 

 

Steps

1. Place the spheres

2. Click on Assemble command (Assemble Ribbon, pull down the relationship menu)

3. Select sphere 1

4. Select sphere 2

5. Apply a tangent constraint

 

You can also create iMates in the part and in the assembly and constraint using imates.

@sundarshas a good solution, also keep in mind you can constrain the origin features in one part to the origin features of another part by selecting them in the Model Browser of the left side of the screen.

I would constrain the center point of 10 spheres onto the XZ plane of the assembly, and use the "Assemble" tool under relationships to make the sphere's tangent. Then just ground two of the spheres by right-clicking on them. This will make your first pyramid layer completely constrained in place and make the rest of the layers easy, only requiring a bunch of the "Assemble" tool. Good luck!
