Slice does not select sketch

Hi,

I am having a really hard time on creating a slice view in inventor.

I've followed all the steps, requirements are satisfied, yet when it comes to select a sketch, it does not select it, not even highlight or anything.

The sketch is associated with the view, i clicked in the right order.

Can you attach a simple dataset that exhibits this behavior?

Or at least, an screen capture image showing expanded browser?

The slice command often gives users a difficult time since they think the slice will happen in the view which contains the slice sketch.  You must have a once removed view to perform the slice on.  Take a look at the attached Screencast and see if it answers your question.
