The dimensions after @ is the length of the lines and the next value is the angles that each of these lines makes with x axis

This is based on the AutoCAD syntax.
In AutoCAD you can use Coordinate input as
- ...
- relative polar coordinates: @length<angle
length is the distance from the last point, angle is the angle from the X-axis.
In Inventor you can use this too if HUD is activated (see >>video<<).
(be aware: If you draw a first line, the angle refers to the X-axis, an immediately following second line refers the angle relativ to the previous line. Therefore you must finish each line with an ENTER and start a new line. So you can use the absolute angle values as given in the image).
Alternative you can try to disable the Dimension input and choose for the Pointer input Polar coordinates (see image). So you can use the values of the image without interrupting the line command, but have to add/subtract 180 for values between 180 and 360.
