Sketch constraints in title block not visible

A while ago I created a title block in Inventor 2013 or 2014.  Somehow along the way I managed to turn off specific constraint types in the sketch view.  Now I can't turn the visibility of them back on.  I recall searching online to find out how to turn them off but cannot find that reference information anymore.  Attached is a slightly scrubbed version of our template.  The constraint lack of visibility seems to be in the title block sketch only.

What version of Inventor are you running?

That's it.  In Inventor 2014 there was a Constraint Visibility dialog box.  Is it no longer available?  Hidden in a different ribbon?

When I do any of those things only the constraints that had been left on from the previous version (colinear and fix) toggle on and off.  What version are you running?

If you are running 2015 could you turn on the constraint visibility and then send the file back to me?  Maybe there is an issue with my install.

Just checked in 2015 and now I see the problem.

Looks like you discovered a bug, err issue.

OK, thanks.  We will be upgrading to 2017 as soon as I have time to upgrade our Vault and create the deployments (so next time there is a long weekend when everyone is out of the office).

Just out of curiosity, does 2017 have the ability to turn of specific types of constraints?  See the attached screen shots of 2014.

I have replicated your poor results and have now sent this drawing to our development staff to see if this is something that they can back port a fix to for Inventor 2015 and 2016.  

It seems to work fine in 2017.
