sketch auto sizing

I recently updated to Inventor 2021 from 2018. In 2018 when I started a new part and made a sketch and added a dimension, the rest of the sketch would maintain the same proportions. It does not work like that in 2021. Is there some setting for that?  My Application option settings for "sketch" and "part" are the same as in 2018. Thanks. Phil

Check this setting under application.
