Simulation Analysis

I am trying to run a stress simulation on a piece of pipe, and when applying a point load the directional arrow is placed, by default, parallel to the pipe, instead of perpendicular, or on the face of the pipe. I can't figure out how to manipulate this to my benefit.

I guess you are looking for Pressure, not Force, right?

You need to click on the expand window button at the bottom right corner and from there you can set the magnitude and vector you want.

Or, if the direction is at an angle not equal to any of the origin axis then you can create a sketch in the model with a single line that represents the direction needed. You can use that sketch line as the direction vector in the simulation.
