shell issue

Why wont the attached part shell. thickness of .040.

Its a 2017 model if someone can analyze it

You have a Sweep over top of a Sweep that does not make logical sense.

Suppress Sweep1.

What do you see?

The part can be made with 1 Sweep rather than 3.

I  realized that I could simplify it a bit.
