sheet metal part

I don't use sheet metal environment often so am requiring some advice and help.

I would most likely make these as 2 separate parts and then assemble BUT could this shape be made with Sheet Metal as a single part?

There would be more folds i presume then how i created

I have attached a 2015 example of what i was looking to make

Hi!

In my opinion is easier to produce this in two parts.

One part the "arc part" and the face you have in the model as a second part (welded to the first part at final.)

As a single part, you will not achieve the flat pattern.

I would make 2 pieces ...

The top piece would need to be welded on ... you can't roll/fold this as it is
