Hi all,

I have question. Is possible to easly fix this "error"? 

I have surface, when I use thickness future this gonna happen.

In a Thicken/Offset DB choose Quilt option.

well you´re right. But option is able to use just for one solid. I need two solids, upper part and bottom part. 

Is change to create it with two solids?

In such a case - here is one of the solutions. I use Derive component route. You can have a flat pattern out of each part but the edges are not vertical. So, you will need more sophisticated laser cutting machine to produce the parts.

Hi! Here is a slightly different solution using Unfold/Refold (see attached part). I did it within the same part. The idea is pretty simple. Unfold the body, thicken-cut the seam, and refold the body back. Repeat the process on the other body.
