the part when its folded the inner dimensions are different and when its in flat pattern the bend lines are on a different dimension

The bending line is on a different position because when you are bending material, the material wil stretch. The amount of the strechting of the material is already calculated in the system. This  is calculated with the K-factor and the thickness of your materiaal. 
You can adjust these setting within the sheetmetal properties.

 

So it's normal that your bendlines have a different dimension.

Hi! Yes, Bianca is right. The flat pattern unfold length is calculated by default K-factor (0.44). I means the neutral layer (where the length does not change between folded mode and unfolded mode) is 44% of the thickness from inner side. That layer determines the unfold length.
