Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates for your version of Inventor?

I would not use Fold - I measured the end results and I will make a wager they are not what you intended.

No assembly file attached?

Can you use the Free Move and Free Rotate as needed to line up the parts as close as you can get by eyeball and then attach that assembly (*.iam) file here?

Hello,

Select constrain, and then just select the 2 faces that you want to place together.

Do it on the 2 faces that you can see from my print screen, that are together.

I have attached constraining the first face.

I selected the 2 faces that you can see that are coloured. Then just select ok.

Then they will be constrained. And just do the same with the top, and inside of the other 2 faces to constrain the top.

Hope this helps.

On the idl tile select the side, not the top flange. Like in this print screen.

Then it will constrain to the side.

Yes that's how it should go.

Select ok.

Then pick the 2 faces I have attached. The faces with the arrows pointing to.

Then it will line it up.

You could have mates that you have placed that is over constraining and stopping you.

Start a new assembly, and do 2 constraints. The first one you did. And then the one I just shown you.

See if that works.

I will try do a video.
