Shared Views

Yesterday i was updated to Inventor 2019, and now i'm trying to use the function "Shared Views"

When i select Share on the ribbon i got the message that i must Switch to subscription, how do i do that?

Shared views is a only subscription benefit.   Do you have a subscription type of license for Inventor or is it based on a carried over perpetual license?  If subscription, make sure the contract manager or software coordinator access your Autodesk Account and apply the option for shared views.
