Shared Views - Unknown error occurred

In Inventor (2020.4), when I click on File > Shared View, I get this additional window that says "An unknown error occurred. Please refresh and try again".  Did that several times and it keeps giving me the same error.

The file is local, i.e., not in Vault.  If I go to Vault Pro and try the share a view (of a different file) it will complete successfully and gives me a link that will open in my browser.  My Inventor account is for the PDMC (named user) and "Shared Views" shows up in my manage.autodesk.com account under "All Products and Services".

Why can't I create Shared Views from my Inventor?

Sometimes it happens to me too... after some tries, eventually, it works.

I get that too sometimes.  Restarting Inventor usually fixes it. 

If I remember, unloading and reloading the add-in works too, but restarting Inventor is often less clicks.
