Shared view no longer working

Hello,

Working with Inventor 2022.

Suddenly Shared View does not longer function.

Doesn't matter what file I use.

See attached file for error information.

Anyone any idea?

Thanks, Jaap

The second to last paragraph in your message gave me an idea: I tried it with version 2023 and got a warning that underlying DWGs would not be published. The model itself worked.

Maybe that is the reason why you got the error in 2022. Have you tried with a “pure” Inventor model?

Hello RajSchmidt,

Thanks for the input.

I am trying to share the model with the Shared Views function.

The model does not have underlying DWG's.

(But even a simple washer won't be shared.)

Okay, then you should probably put it up with Autodesk support. I just read the line and thought thad a DWG might be the problem.

Hi!

Sometimes the servers are down, or in maintenance, etc.

Try it later.

Hell CCarreiras,

Servers down was not the issue, my Inventor 2025 works correctly.

(fyi, clients of us work with 2022 version, that's why I run both versions)

I  suppose a file on my system is corrupted, because it works perfectly on the system of my colleague.

Hi! This could be licensing related. Please make sure all the critical Windows updates are installed and the graphics driver is updated. Then install 2022.6 update and 2025.2 update. Reboot the machine afterwards.

Many thanks!
