Set of Parameters

I'm working with parameters (seventeen and growing) that can be changed in sets. Currently I am going through and typing in each parameter manually. Is there a way to create a "set" of parameters? In other words if case A parameter one = ..., parameter two = ..., etc. If case B parameter one = ..., parameter two = ..., etc. So I only have to change one thing each time, instead of the fifteen.

Sounds like something for a spreadsheet and then import the spreadsheet, but without a file it is hard to say....

Another approach is to make your part into an iPart factory. By activating a
different member (different row in the iPart table) you could change the
values of a whole bunch of parameters at once. Yet another approach is to
use the technique decribed in the second part of the attached note.

I was hoping to do it in Inventor, but Excel will work. Thanks!

I might try the Part Library later. Message was edited by: Sutcliffe
