Set a default color to a published profile

I want to set a color to a part that I publish as frame, in such a way that when I insert this frame profile, it has the color I define for it. when I color the part before I publish it as a frame, it wont appear in the desired color when I insert it as frame. You can assume that I didnt figure out how to do it with GPT or web search, hence im asking you out.

Glad if you could be specific in the steps or attach some images to demonstrate exactly what should I do.

Big thanks in advance!

Material and appearance can be selected at the time of placement of the frame members, but the material does not necessarily default to the active material in the published profile.  Nevertheless, if you create or alter the material & appearance libraries referenced by the Frame Generator tool, you should be able to create a material with your chosen appearance as its default.

What version of Inventor are you using?

Thank you brother. My version is 2026. I didnt quite understand what you mean. Can I man a specific profile have a default material / appearance (for example, for two different published profiles I would like them to have different default colors)?

Thank you very much
