Self intersectiong loop

I am trying to emboss some letters into a phone case and I keep getting a Self Intersecting Loop and I'm not seeing it. Any help would be geatly appreciated!

Check the A.  You might want to try a different font.

The issue is I would like to keep that text do you know of a way to fix it to make it work with that font?

You might try one letter at a time.  (I did some experimenting - and I don't think that font will work.)

or

Sketch the letters yourself if you want that font. 

Also, you should install the latest Service Pack and Update for your version of Inventor.

If you like that font, try to uncheck the Bold setting.
