Save Level of Detail Representation

Hi 

 

When I am working big assembly I often get this message.

 

Please see the attached image.

 

I am not sure why it is pop up ?

and what I need to do ?

This comes up because you have either suppressed a component in your assembly or you have changed a sub assembly to a level of detail that is not the master.  You can name it whatever you want and click yes if you want to save the changes.  If you accidentally did this, then click no and activate the master level of detail in the model browser to make this message go away the next time you save.

Hi! Andrew is right. This dialog essentially informs you that at least one of the components is suppressed (or unsuppressed), while the Master LOD (or a system LOD) is active. To capture the LOD state, you will need to save it to a custom LOD, other than the Master. Or, you can simply create a new custom LOD. The dialog will not come up when you suppress a component.
