Runtime error for Content Center?

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have a user that is getting a Runtime Error each time he attempts to insert a part from Content Center.
No one else seems to have the issue. I've logged him out and back in in hopes the system would "reset". No luck. The error crashes Inventor also.

He's running Inventor 2009 Suite with the Subscription Bonus pack on Win XP Pro.

I'm still currently searching the discussion groups for this issue but have yet to find anything.

Is it machine dependant, or user
dependant?

Hello,

Does he log in Windows as a Restricted User or as Administrator? We have a known issue in Inv2009 and sp1 that CC will encounter Runtime Error when log in OS as restricted user. Next service pack will have the fix.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting this issue.

Could you specify exact version of Inventor, OS system version + info about user permissions you use when you see that error ?

Michal.
