Rule Issue

I'm using Inventor 2016, I have a piece of duct whit different diameters, and for each group of diameter the thickness change, I made a Rule for this, but doesn't work, and I don't know why, any body see something wrong whit my rule?

As for your question, rather than having multiple If/Then statements, combine them with if/else if.
