RULE COMPILE ERRORS IN UPDATE MATERIAL

I'm working in Inventor 2019. I got a new computer about two weeks ago, windows 10. Today I started to receive this error on all the new parts I try to make and save. Has anyone had this happen before or know what to do to fix it? I attached a picture of  the error.

this is happening to my size rule, description rule and material rules. All worked fine until today.

It looks like the path to the .vb file containing part of the rule is in a temp folder - those sometimes get deleted, so it would be missing now.

My guess is that path is either stored in the settings of Inventor, or directly called in the rule itself.  Change it to somewhere that's not a temp folder and restore it, maybe?

I just restarted my inventor and everything is working fine now.

@Anonymous , this is caused by a bug in iLogic, internal number INVGEN-29549. It will be fixed in an update for 2019 soon.
There is a workaround you can use to avoid this problem:

Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Environment Variables
Create a variable named

iLogicRuleFolderForVS

and set its value to 0

(That's the numeric digit zero, not in quotes.)

You only have to do that once on each system, and then restart Inventor.

@Anonymous, this is fixed in the Inventor 2019.4.1 Update.
