This assembly was created on a 45 degree angle. It is a wheel and needs to be oriented 45 degrees counter clockwise:

Edit the view > Right click view cube > Custom View Orientation.

Use the tools to get the view you want.

Hi! To be more specific, Rotate at Angle is also available there. You may rotate the view precisely.
