Rotate wheel part for CFD analysis

I used to be able to do this the last time we did CFD work (few years ago) but I forgot how to do this now. It is embarrassing.

How do I rotate a model of a wheel in space so that I can export it for CFD analysis at different yaw (angle of attack) angles? If I use the "Move Bodies" command and the "Rotate about line" selection I am not given any choice about which axis to rotate the wheel around. All I am able to do is effectively spin the wheel which is remarkably useless that it makes me laugh, half in pain.

Help.
