Rotate model space window shortcut

Hi guys,

 

Does anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut to rotate the model space screen 90° CW or CCW (Photo 1)? Sometimes when creating sketches, Inventor rotates the screen. Every time I edit the sketch I then have to manually rotate it before I can continue.

 

I have also noticed the horizontal and vertical constraints get locked to the part orientation (Photo 2). Shouldn't these constraints "rotate" depending on how you view the part?

I believe that the horizontal and vertical constraints are based on the local coordinate system in each sketch.  They do not reference the part or assembly origins or the view cube.  

 

I think that vertical aligns with the local y-axis and horizontal aligns with the local x-axis.

If you prefer the auto-look at on sketch creation to be OFF, uncheck these boxes:

Or you can try leaving them ON above, but picking this following option to have better alignment to the part's origin axes:
