Roller Chains Standards Missing

I'm having this odd problem with my Inventor, as well as all my team that shared the same source file for installation, when choosing roller chains from the Design menu I can't find any chain standards available. The drop down menu is completely empty. 

I'm using Inventor Professional 2019

Hi! It looks like the appropriate content library was not installed or included in your project. Close all files and go to Get Started -> Project -> click on Configure Content Center (the button at the bottom of the dialog on the right). Make sure all the common standards are included (ANSI, ISO, DIN, and so on) -> Ok. Retry your workflow. Does it work now?

Can you share a screenshot from your Inventor similar to the one below?  Also, what version of Inventor are you using?
