Hi

I would like to know if there is a way to place different revision tables on multiple sheet of the same drawing.

I want to use automated revision table without creating a sketch symbol.

I don't believe so unless you are ok with manually filling out the revision..

Its normally tied to the drawings iproperties..

(been a while since I looked at Rev tables though..)

Hi Sprocket107,

Doesn't this option do what you're asking? Post back if I'm missing something.

I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

Thanks Curtis.. Forgot about that..

Active Sheet = Creates a revision table for active sheet. Select the check box, Update property on revision number edit, to save the revision number in sheet properties.

Hi Curtis

This is exactly what I'm looking for.

But can you tell me where is this dialog box, I'm using Inv 2015?

Thanks

Its the dialog box that comes up when you initially place a rev table..  (well right after you select Revision in the ribbon UI under table section on the annotate tab)

Hi Sprocket107,

This is what you see when you place the rev block. Recall that you have to clear all the rev tag and delete all the rev blocks to get this dialog again, if you have existing.

I made that last part up, as I thinking of something else. Smiley Embarassed

In order to use a different rev letter for an entire drawing scope, you need to do that.

I hope this helps.
