Revision Table randomly skips numbers

Hey all,

Anyone know why the revision table sometimes randomly skips numbers?  I use the "add revision row" feature (either using the button in the revision table: drawing scope, or from right-clicking the revision history in the model tree>add revision row, but it doesn't seem to matter since I see the same behavior both ways), but it just occasionally skips from 1 to 3 or whatever.  In the attached example, it skipped from 8 to 10.  The numbers are not statically overwritten in any way. 

It's pretty easy to just change the number manually, but it's mildly irritating (especially if I don't catch that it did it in time), so if it's a setting or something with the template, I'd like to fix it.  I'm using Inventor 2019.

Hi Krista,

It is probably a bug. For whatever reason, Inventor thinks #9 was already taken so it was reserved. Does it happen to a newly created drawing or an old drawing. Please share the files here so we can take a closer look.
