Reused Frame Generator Pieces Flip Periodically

Amongst the many other bugs that make some "nice on paper" autodesk features blow up, here is the latest:
For one frame:
Using a Frame generator part that uses the edges of a box to locate the frames.
Using frame peices that have drilled holes in them.
Using frame generator peices with end treatments.
Reusing above components. Also have some instances flipped in the reuse.
Now the issue is that periodically (on save/rebuild) half of the frame generator pieces decide they would like to flip back over.
There has been no way to stop it, and it has become agonizing.
Other buggy "nice on paper" issues:
- Bolted connections being changed CAN leave behind phantom sketch points that have no traceable reference to any modelling tree feature.
- Using Component Pattern and flexible at the same time - causes gigantic explosions.
- Use flexible in general (If you can make a cylinder NEVER flip-flop, you must be Jesus).
