restart access prompt?

I keep getting told to restart my educational access for Inventor everytime I open a file. I do this everytime and get confirmation that my educational license is valid until April 2022. But the same prompt appears again when I open up the next time? Is anyone else getting this for all their autodesk software?

So is it asking you to sign in each time you open a file?

Same here.  I did a complete erase of my Mac and redownloaded.  Caught in a restart loop.  Unable to gain license to my education license and I am approved to 2022.  Tried Chrome and Safari on Macbook pro, Big Sur.  It must be an issue with accounts.  No tech has been able to assist.

Hi! Do you mind elaborating the behavior? Try the following to reset your license.

 

Make sure all Inventor.exe processes are killed.

Go to CMD.

Type in the command exactly.

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2022\Bin\Inventor.exe" /unlicense

Restart Inventor.
