Request: Hole Creation, Extend Start Feature

I would like to request that we have a changeable feature to adjust where the extend start for a hole terminates. We deal with extruded aluminum products that have a variety of connectors that are needed to fasten them together. I am constantly having to make a secondary pass thru hole over the countersunk hole that is on the inside of the groove chamber, see attachment.

Please add a feature to drag and type in a numerical value as you do for the depth so we can extend to the outside of the extrusion when there is no material between the surfaces.
