Yah my bad, I rarely use Screencast so I didn't see the big insert button which even on a massive 32" widescreen 1440p monitor is hidden off the bottom of the page Smiley Mad

This is a common occurance with surface bodies.

Create one or two half-circle extruded bodies (you might have to experiment with which halves) in the block solid body to use the Transistional Constraint.

Yaha obviously it's for a roller chain link, it would have been a lot simpler if I could use the surface and to be fair... there's no reason for it to dance about like that.  Cheers for the confirmation though, oi Autodesk sort it out man!!
