Rendering Large Assemblies

I am trying to render a factory layout I did, it is composed of 16,000 parts and is inside a 450,000 SQ FT facility. I am currently using Factory Design Suite Premium 2015, and have a HP Z book 15 with 16GB RAM and a 2 GB NVIDIA 2100 graphics card. (I realize it will take a while to render) Does anybody have suggestions on how to render something like this? I tired using ray trace in Navisworks and got a decent picture but when I print it out on 34 x 26 high gloss paper there is a lot of blur.

Here is the rendering.

So as you can see it did a pretty good job but everything gets blurred when zooming in or printing. Is there a better way to render something like this? A different program I need to use?

What resolution was the image from Navisworks?

Well I used the high resolution but stopped it after about 16 levels of rendering. It was 9 hours into it...

"High resolution" as in what, 3000 x 4000?
